EGG-LESS Vanilla Pancakes.

These were a hit! Word of Warning these are not fluffy.  They are thick and filling.

What You Need:

3/4 Cup of Milk.
2 tbsp of  White Vinegar.

1 cup of All Purpose Flour.
2 tbsp of White Sugar.

1tbsp of  Brown Sugar.
1 tsp of Baking Soda.
1 tsp of vanilla extract .

Fried turkey salami and yummy pancakes.
How to Make:

Mix  the vinegar and the milk and set aside until everything is ready to be put together- it gives a small kick.

Mix the flour, the sugars and the baking soda together- stir.  Add the milk- stir again and finally add the vanilla.

Heat the griddle to around 300.  Put shorting on the griddle, let it melt and then add your pancakes. Let brown on both sides.  You can tell when they are ready to be flipped when the batter on the uncooked side doesn't move. To tell if both sides are done; lightly press the spatula to the pancake and see if it slowly rises.

I fried up some lunch meat to go with it- these do need butter. :)  Enjoy!
