Sauce with a KICK!

A delicious sauce makes all the difference.
So I came across this by chance.  I bought the wrong BBQ sauce at the store. It was way too spicy on its own, so I modified it and it came out great.

What you need:
Double everything for a full bottle.

1/2 a bottle of KRAFT Hot bbq sauce
3 tbsp of  Butter
1 to 1 and 1/2 tbsp of Mayo or Miracle Whip. (I used Mayo)
1 tbsp of Grape Jelly
1 tbsp of Honey
1/4 tsp of Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp of Onion Powder
a pinch of salt. (optional)
a squirt of lemon juice (optional)

Pour the bbq sauce into a sauce pan over medium heat and add the butter, one tab at a time.  Mix it with a whisk until melted. Add each ingredient  one at a time, starting with the mayonnaise and ending with the spices. Keep whisking until it's bubbly. Taste it to see if it has the right kick for you.
Pour onto your favorite  food and enjoy.  I used it for chicken wings.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

The finished product.
What you Need:

2 cups of All Purpose Flour.
1/2 cup of Sugar.
3 tsp of baking SODA
1/2 tsp of salt

1 cup of  Milk
1/3 cup of oil
1/2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
1 egg
1 bag of Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips.

You also need Brown Sugar for the topping.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all your dry ingredients first, then add the chocolate chips and mix again. Add the wet ingredients. Mix well.

Grease a PIZZA STONE ( if you don't have one, any greased pan will work just as well)
Pour mix onto stone like a giant cookie.

Sprinkle Brown Sugar all over batter. Sprinkle regular sugar on top as well.  Bake for about 30 minutes  or until done. (Poke it with a fork in the middle, the fork should come out clean, minus melted chocolate.)

Slather with butter or topping of your choice and enjoy!
